1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Garrison Engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Garrison Engine is a smart contract security analysis platform that provides automated vulnerability scanning, static analysis, and reporting tools for blockchain developers and security researchers. The service is offered in both free and pro tiers.

3. Free vs Pro

Free tier features are available without an account. Pro features require a valid license key obtained through a paid subscription. Pro features include AI Audit Copilot, attack graph visualization, exploit PoC generation, time-travel scanner, protocol fingerprinting, Solana analyzer, and branded HTML/SARIF reports.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Garrison Engine for any unlawful or malicious purpose
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with license validation mechanisms
• Redistribute, share, or resell license keys
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software beyond what is permitted by applicable law
• Use the service to develop exploits targeting contracts you do not own or have authorization to test

5. Uploaded Code

You retain all rights, title, and interest in any code you upload to Garrison Engine. We claim no ownership, intellectual property rights, or license to your code. Uploaded code is processed solely for the purpose of performing security analysis and generating reports. Code is analyzed in-memory and is not stored permanently after the scan completes.

6. Disclaimer

Garrison Engine is a tool to assist security analysis. It is NOT a substitute for professional security audits. We do not guarantee that Garrison Engine will find all vulnerabilities in your smart contracts. Security analysis results should be reviewed by qualified professionals. Use of the service and its outputs is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any smart contract exploits, financial losses, or security breaches that may occur regardless of the results produced by Garrison Engine. 8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use pro features will cease, and you will revert to the free tier. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
